I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is perfect, nestled between old villas and just a short walk to the lake. It's also very convenient with a tram stop nearby, making it easy to explore downtown. Plus, there are some amazing restaurants in the area that are definitely worth a visit. The staff here were exceptional, providing top-notch service from the moment I arrived. They even greeted me with a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The room itself was well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfy sitting area and a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful garden views. I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the level of comfort provided.

Beautifully renovated 1920's villa. Convenient underground garage. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast on enclosed veranda. Green, quiet neighborhood close to downtown and lake. 👌

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, as it is very near to a tram stop and there are some very good restaurants in the area. It is also situated between old villas and the beautiful lake, providing a picturesque setting. The rooms are clean and the staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure guests' comfort. the breakfast options are of good quality.
One potential downside is that the hotel does not have air conditioning, which may be uncomfortable for some guests during the warmer months.

The hotel is conveniently located in a charming area between old villa's and the lake. It is close to several really good restaurants, with dining options. The hotel is well-connected to downtown via a tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.
